about minisip call transfer function

Hi all , when a session is established , if I want to change the session to another device , I use the transfer function , but the server reply " 405 Method not Allowed " 

My OS is Linux . server is SER . minisip version is 3241

I have some doubt
    1. does minisip support "refer" method？
    2. if should work , can tell me how ？ thanks
