REG: video option in pocketpc version of minisip

Hi,

It is amazing how much attention the whole pocket pc option is bringing us
in, but I think there has never been a fully working version released.
Mikael, Erik, can you confirm? it may be a good time to get our heads
together and finalize it ... maybe getting even some funding to get a
working sample pocket pc piece of hardware ...
