REG: video option in pocketpc version of minisip

Although it was not I that introduced video support in minisip, I
believe we are compatible with that standard. I have seen minisip video
conference sessions with other software SIP systems, and with an
Ericsson Video Gateway (Minisip<--->3G phone video calls):

The question about how a video session is set up is a bit too general
for me to answer since I don't know exactly what you mean. If it is any
help, video is treated the same way as audio. Perhaps the following
document can provide some insights. Maybe page 76 in:
