Cannot start in Windows XP

Hi there,

minisip fails to start on my Windows XP computer. I did install

minisip-0.7.1+r2878
gtkmm-runtime-2.6.2-1

while GTK+ 2.10.6 has been installed earlier. When trying to start
minisip, I get an error prompt:

minisip_gtkgui.exe - Unable to locate component
This application has failed to start because libglade-2.0-0.dll was not found.

In fact I do not have this dll. Where should I get it, should it be a
part of one of the library packages? Does it have to be v2.0-0 or can
it be a recent one?

I can find libglademm-2.4.dll and libglademm-2.4-1.dll but no
libglade-2.x[-x].dll in the GTK+ directories.

BTW, on the download page, the links the original sources of GTK and
GTKmm are invalid. First results in empty page, second is 404 error.
