Precompiled Win32 Speex Codecs

Hi,

I just installed MiniSip for Windows XP, all went very smoothly and I'm
impressed with it all. Note: I didn't have to use the network
installation workaround that was mentioned on the download page.

However I see  that the only way  to get my preffered codec, speex,
support is to add it as a plugin.

I'm not in a position to build my own, and surely part of the point of
plugins is that they can be easily distributed seperately.

Is there a possibility of adding a Win32  plugin download section any
time soon?

Or some other way I can get speex support.
