Minisip in Windows XP

Hi,

I followed the instructions in 
http://www.minisip.org/download.html#WindowsXP to install Minisip in Windows 
XP SP2. I installed it in c://minisip as the website recommends. However, 
when I executed minisip, I am getting several errors and the application 
close inmediately. Some of the errors are:

...
libmutil: setupDefaultSignalHandling: No stack trace signal handler 
available
Creating GTK GUI
Library: file not found
...
SoundDriverRegistry: device id found!!! =  0
...

Where is the Minisip configuration file (minisip.conf) ? I can't find it in 
the installation directory (c:\minisip). Any recommendation to solve this 
problem?
