How do I configure minisip?

A simple question to all.  I would like to simply and without registration use minisip in a peer to peer fashion with no server in between.  I know my ip and have already opened and forwarded port 5060 on both routers between me and the person I want to talk with.  But it doesn't work.  Exactly how should I configure the individual accounts and contacts to do this????  Do I use the internal IP in some way or external IP or what??  Sure would be nice to have a simple user manual on the site for this.
