There are a lot of retransmission in you dumps. Do you know why? I think
 the problem is triggered by the retransmission of REFER. The original
gets a "202 Ok", and the retransmission times out.
192.168.1.1 and 192.168.2.1 create new branches for the retransmission,
which looks incorrect to me.

This new branch isn't answered by 192.168.2.2, probably because it
already has transfered the call to Andy at 192.168.1.3.
