Minisip implements SRTP in libminisip, and doesn't link against libsrtp.

Asterisk can be built with support for SRTP (libsrtp),
MIKEY (libmikey) and sdescriptions using ast_srtp_r61760_mikey_r3250.patch.
This patch is intended for asterisk trunk r61760 and libmikey trunk r3250.
