CA -- S/MIME -- MINISIP

Hello all,
 
I want to build an Environment test for S/MIME under windows.
I have some question:
 
à Can I use a S/MIME encryption with MINISIP 
à Can I launch the certificate from a Server (e.g. apache)
à Can I monitor the connection with a tool? 
 
I really need help, if somebody has an idea. Thanks

I was thinking of the installer built using mingw32 on Debian unstable, 
but I noticed recently that it's broken. Hopefully we will be able to 
fix it soon.
