No, Minisip doesn't support S/MIME, but patches are always welcome. I 
think SIP user agents with support for S/MIME are rare. And maybe most 
useful when implementing the sdescriptions protocol to carry otherwise 
unprotected cipher keys in SDP. MIKEY supported by Minisip already 
protects the cipher keys end-to-end and doesn't need S/MIME to do that. 
And Minisip also has support to TLS transport protection.
