Does Minisip support PRECONDITION

Try http://www.hem.za.org/minisip/minisip-installer-0.7.1+r3462M.exe 
instead.

Unfortunately there is a problem with the default configuration. If 
Minisip crashes the first time you run it its probably because of 
incorrect sound device setting. You can fix this by replacing "dsound:0" 
with "pa:0" in "c:\documents and settings\<USER>\Application 
Data\MinisipOrg\Minisip\minisip.conf". The path is named different 
depending on your Windows language version.

After restarting Minisip, open the settings dialog in the File menu and 
change input and output in the Device tab to your preferred devices.

I'm working on this issue.
