Probably the best thing to do is to download the code in the svn repository
.
In the branches, you will find various compilation options for windows
pocket pc.
The only problem is that they may not be kept in synch with the main trunk,
so you may
need to do some work there.
The idea is that compiling the minisip libraries is possible, we did it.
What we didn't do (correct me guys if I am wrong), is to develop a GUI for
pocket pc. So, this could be your contribution, Ramzi.
