Minisip win32 crash

Hello users,

with last installer I see some improvements but it can't work properly as well.
Sometimes crashes opening, another time crashes after 1 minute, another
time crashes after 10  minutes...
If you want the debug report tell me.

I've added one account called "minisip1",both in the client and in sip.conf of *.
But the Account status remains "Unregistered".
I can see under audio settings only G711 and G711a, while in another pc it shows
Speex,G711 and G711a,Why?
