Windows XP instalation and some Help...

Hi,
I've just installed minisip on windows XP. I could run it just once, but now
it simple doesn't work...
Suggestions?
I intend to use the softphone to test some security features when using
SRTP, TLS, etc... how big is the performance loss associated with these
mechanisms...
I would apreciate any advice...
