Yes, minisip supports IPv6. You need to enable a hidden option if you 
want to use ANAT (RFC 4091/4092). The option is called "use_anat" and 
can be enabled in gconf-editor if you use gconf or in .minisip.conf.

You may also need to enable bindv6only if you use Linux.

     echo 1 > /proc/sys/net/ipv6/bindv6only
