SVN firewall issues

Hi,

I am installing minisip on machines in our network. Unfortunately, I can't
get the sources using SVN, as minisip makes use of the SVN port (3690?):
"svn://svn.minisip.org", and as our corporate firewalls block that port.

Most of the time, to overcome that issue, svn is installed on port 80. For
example: http://svn.digium.com.

Would it be possible to also make minisip source available on the http port?
