Need your help

Hi dear members,

I am a new user of minisip. I am using Window XP. I installed the
libraries and then the minisip.exe. I also change the network setting in
conf file.
but when i run the minisip, i get the following error and the application
is terminated. Please if you can help me.

After this the application is terminated.
I don't know what's the problem. I think it is something with the sound
device.Please need your quick response.
