Can't run minisip

Hello,
 
I tried to run minisip on Linux and Win XP. Both attempts failed.
 
On Linux:
After trying to compile each library manually and using the buildall-script
I managed to compile minisip by using build.pl.
But when trying to run minisip I can see the GUI for the fraction of a
second and then it shuts down after the welcome message on the console.
 
When trying with the textui following messages are printed:
 
Starting MiniSIP TextUI ... welcome!
 
Creating TextUI
Minisip: 1
Minisip: 2
Minisip is using IP =  192.168.0.21
[merr] Minisip caught an exception. Quitting.
[merr] Unknown error
IDLE$
ERROR while starting SIP!
 
[mout] Minisip is shutting down !!!
[mout]
[mout]
[mout] Minisip can't wait to see you again! Bye
[mout]
[mout]
 
On Windows:
After starting the first time there was an error message that said something
like "An error occured. Create dump? yes/no".
The second time it started without error and I could do some configuration.
After finishing the configuration it crashed like with the first try.
Any new attempt to start minisip failed like the first try.
 
I tried this with the newest available downloads.
